もやしとかいわれの炒め物

材料(2~3人分)

・もやし············································ 1袋

・かいわれ········································· 2パック

・油·················································· 大さじ2杯

・粒山椒············································ 大さじ1杯

・a 砂糖············································ 小さじ1杯

・塩··············································· 小さじ1/2杯強

・酢··············································· 大さじ1/2

・ごま油············································ 小さじ1杯

 

作り方

1.もやしは根を除いてから水洗いし、ザルにあげ水気をよくふき取る。

2.中華の鍋を熱してから、油を入れる。1のもやしをいれ手早くかき混ぜ(強火)粒山椒を加え混ぜる。aの調味液を加え混ぜ、ごま油もふり入れ水洗いしたかいわれを混ぜ、強火で一気に炒める。
